In effort to maintain superior customer service and encourage appointment commitments we are enacting the following policies effective immediately. We understand that life happens, however, we are enacting these policy to better serve our clients. As deviations can result in a declining service performance

• A $30 fee will be incurred for not showing up to your appointment or for cancellations made within 2 hours prior to your appointment time.
• An appointment cancelation may occur if you do not arrive on time or early for your appointment. We cannot allow a late appointment to interfere with following appointments.
